About Us

We’re making clean energy easy and profitable for commercial real estate owners and developers.

Our Mission

To accelerate the transition to cleaner energy by removing obstacles and strategically placing chargers where they’re needed most.

Our Story

EV+ was built by experts in the real estate, infrastructure, and transportation industries, boasting over 50 years of combined experience. It was born from the understanding that while property owners are increasingly aware of the need to offer EV charging, they lack the expertise, bandwidth and resources to successfully add and operate across their portfolio.

Like many other CRE services, we believed that outsourcing was the key to relieving the burden and unlocking the EV revolution.

Our Goal

Our solution has been meticulously tailored, considering the unique characteristics of commercial real estate and the specific objectives of property owners and managers.

Anchored in this expertise, our mission is to simplify the delivery of profitable clean energy solutions to owners and developers, and ensure their tenants and guests enjoy positive charging experiences. We take great pride in delivering industrial-grade EV charging solutions that actively drive the rapid transition towards a more sustainable future.
